The initial stage of a project may require us to clear land before starting on the groundworks. Because we treat our customers and clients as family, this is something we are happy to do. Our company also removes generated clearance waste from site.
Based on your choice of surface, we can excavate and prepare land to depths of up to 1 metre. Different materials have recommended sub-base depths, and we adhere to these meticulously. Reddington Groundworks has its own machinery for ground excavation and preparation.

We create sub-bases using materials from Day, who source their primary aggregates in a responsible manner that ties in perfectly with our own environmental policy. Our surfacing contractors use appropriate choices of aggregate, concrete mixes and sand to tie in with the material chosen by the customer.
Reddington Groundworks lays each layer of the sub-base to a recommended depth and thickness, compacting between each one to deliver stable, well-prepared groundworks ready to accept the final surfacing material with no concerns whatsoever over deterioration, movement or subsidence.
